Racine, Wisconsin — The heads and shoulders of Joseph and Mary emerge as snow melts around a plastic outdoor nativity set in front of a house on Pierce Boulevard on the eve of Valentine’s Day — two weeks after the “Blizzard of 2011” on February 1st and 2nd.
