It feels good to know that I have completed my last chemo treatments. We are now moving forward to me having my double mastectomy in a month. For the most part, I still have been feeling pretty good. The only side effect that has been getting a little worse is the tingling in my fingertips.
Today I am feeling great. Yesterday was not too bad. I woke a little nauseous, but that went away. We had to go back to the hospital for my shot of Neulasta. The only thing I noticed yesterday was being a little sleepy most of the day. I lightly slept while Mark drove to Froedtert Clinical Cancer Center.
It’s been a while since I have added a new blog entry. Really the site was not up for the past year or so. I have decided to bring it back because I am faced with a new chapter in my life. On August 14th, I was told that I have breast cancer. I had felt a lump earlier this year and thought oh it’s probably nothing.
